The Craft
Roasted in the UK
Our beans are roasted at our facility in Littlehampton, UK, using a state-of-the-art Probat roaster. Each batch is meticulously profiled to bring out the unique characteristics of every origin.
Tips for Better Coffee
- Keep your equipment clean — residual oils affect flavour
- Store beans in an airtight container away from light
- Use fresh, filtered water for the best extraction
- Grind beans just before brewing for maximum freshness
- Experiment with ratios — start with 1:15 coffee to water
